CrossBreeze Grant Program Criteria
CrossBreeze seeks to help dreams that provide inspiration, comfort and closure at the end of life become a reality. Each year, one person is selected as the recipient of the CrossBreeze Charities Bucket of Butterflies Grant which will provide funds to help a terminally-ill adult’s bucket wish come true.
Who Is Eligible to Apply?
Individual applying must meet these criteria to be eligible to receive the grant:
Be an adult between the ages of 21-45 with a life limiting illness and a life expectancy of nine months or less. The applicant must be under a doctor’s care at the time the application is completed
Funding
$500.00 is available and will be awarded to the individual chosen
Submission Process
Applications for 2024 will be accepted Jan 1, 2024 through June 30, 2024
Winning applicant will be notified via e-mail by Sept 30, 2024
Grant Awarded by Nov 1st 2024
Application
Application must be received by the deadline of June 30th 2024 to be considered for a grant award for the corresponding calendar year.
Application must be downloaded and completed in full, with all required information & attachments to be considered for a grant award.
CrossBreeze Charities reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Bucket of Butterflies~ Making Bucket Wishes Come True Grant Program at any given time.

Who is eligible to apply?

Making Bucket Wishes Come True
Due to the small size of our team, we do not notify applicants who have not been selected to receive a grant.
